Ambalika has completed LL.M. in Global Environment and Climate Change Law from the University of Edinburgh, UK. She has background of Political Science and Law at bachelor’s level.
Prior to this, Ambalika has experience of working with law firms, and with a solar energy company in India. Also, she has worked with Wildlife Institute of India on human-elephant Conflict. Ambalika’s interest to work in environmental protection area brought her to ICCCAD as a visiting researcher. Ambalika has keen desire to work on biodiversity conservation, policy and implementation. At ICCCAD, Ambalika intends to develop comprehensive understanding of the issues of climate change, biodiversity and the nexus, particularity in the context of Bangladesh.
