IT & Digital Systems Manager

Mehedi Hasan Tuhin is the IT & Digital Systems Manager at ICCCAD, where he leads the Centre’s IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital platforms. Since joining in 2017, he has overseen the design and maintenance of ICCCAD’s websites, cloud systems, and conference technologies, ensuring seamless operations for research and international events.
He was also served as Data Analyst under the Rockefeller Research and Impact Fund project “Universities as Knowledge Brokers in the Governance of Climate Resilience”, in collaboration with the London School of Economics (LSE), Makerere University (Uganda), and IUB–ICCCAD. His dual expertise in IT and research has enabled him to contribute to both technical systems and climate resilience studies.
At ICCCAD, Mehedi manages IT infrastructure, vendor relations, and digital operations for the Gobeshona Global Conference and other hybrid/online events. He also supports institutional communications and provides assistantship to Dr. Saleemul Huq, strengthening ICCCAD’s visibility and digital resilience.
Education: Mehedi earned his B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from Daffodil International University in 2015. He has continued professional development through specialized training, including Google Cloud digital transformation programs and advanced courses in cloud platforms and agile project management.
Certifications: He is a Microsoft Certified professional in Azure Data Fundamentals (DP‑900) and is currently pursuing the Azure Administrator (AZ‑104) credential. He also holds multiple Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications (Architect and Developer) and is certified as an Oracle APEX Cloud Developer. In addition, he has completed the Agile Scrum Foundation (EXIN) and Registered Scrum Basics™ certifications, strengthening his expertise in project delivery and digital transformation.
Memberships: Mehedi is an active member of the Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS) and regularly participates in international IT and climate conference networks, reflecting his commitment to both professional excellence and global collaboration.
