We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for storytellers and advocates to participate in our upcoming project, “Voices from the Frontlines in Bangladesh.” As part of this initiative, we are seeking compelling narratives that shed light on the profound experiences of loss and damage caused by climate change in Bangladesh.

Through this call for applications, we aim to amplify the voices of those directly affected by these challenges. We are looking for personal stories, firsthand accounts, and testimonies that capture the human dimensions of loss and damage. Whether it’s a farmer grappling with failed crops due to erratic rainfall patterns or a coastal resident facing displacement from their home due to sea-level rise, every narrative has the power to inspire action and drive change.

Selected participants will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of editors, filmmakers, and communications experts to refine their stories and share them with a global audience. We are committed to ensuring that these narratives not only raise awareness but also contribute to meaningful dialogue, policy advocacy, and community resilience efforts.

If you or someone you know has a story to tell about loss and damage from climate change in Bangladesh, we encourage you to apply using the link below:

Deadline for applications: 29 February 2024

Together, let’s elevate the voices of those on the frontlines of climate change and pave the way for a more just and sustainable future.
