Alliance for Locally Led Approaches for Transformative Action on L&D

ALL ACT will directly support countries and communities experiencing L&D by helping them optimize finance and expertise.

ALL ACT will directly support countries and communities experiencing loss and damage by helping them optimize existing finance, expertise, and delivery mechanism through creation of a national facility, and make them ready to deploy the additional funds when available.

This initiative has been designed based on the shared vision that emerged from the deliberative dialogues series organised by IIED and ICCCAD, where we jointly worked with Least Developed Country (LDC) group, Small Island Developing States (SIDS), Youth Coalition and other stakeholder groups to co-develop a shared understanding of the issues, possible solutions and potential approaches to tackle and finance Loss and Damage (L&D). At the launch event we will co-present this shared vision of LDCs, SIDS, our support partners along with progressive funding agencies and Philanthropies in actioning ALL ACT.
