About the presenter-
Colonel Md Bashirul Islam will conduct the seminar. He is currently working as a Deputy Director General at Sena Kalyan Sangstha. Recently he completed his master’s degree on Disaster and Human Security Management (MDHSM) from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). He concurred 1st Position and get awarded with honorable Gold Medal.
