ICCCAD is particularly interested in exploring how universities can be used to build capacity and support the next generation face the future impacts of climate change. ICCCAD aims to be recognised globally as a centre of excellence on Loss and Damage related scientific and action research. The goal at this COP is to enable Bangladesh and LDCs to share their knowledge and utilise the understanding gained to strengthen the negotiation process.
