Hyeng Geun Ji is a visiting researcher, studying his Master’s degree in Climate Change Development and Policy at the IDS, University of Sussex in the UK. His current dissertation research is political economy analysis of challenges in institutional capacity building for climate change migration as an adaptation. In 2015, during six months internship at IOM Bangladesh office, he has supported a research project on climate change migration. He did his undergraduate work in Korea and he majored in architecture focused on sustainable urban design. He also has served in the military as a Marine officer for two years in South Korea.
