Mahmuda Mity is a Research Officer for the ‘Climate Induced Migration’ Programme of ICCCAD. She is currently doing her MSc in Disaster Management in the prestigious Dhaka University. Her BSc in Environmental Management was from Independent University, Bangladesh.
After her graduation in May 2017, she joined ICCCAD as a Research Intern. Since then she has been directly involved in several projects in the field of climate change; focusing on migration, transformative adaptation and urbanization in Bangladesh. She has particular interest in the field of climate migration, disaster management and urban issues. She loves to travel and reading books.
