Shohail Bin Saifullah is a graduate from Independent University, Bangladesh under the programme of Environmental Science and Management; and is currently pursuing his masters in Development Studies. Currently he is working at the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD) as the Coordinator of the Youth Programme. In his career, he has taken strides towards promoting youth inclusion in climate policy dialogues as well as creating a landscape for youth to undergo capacity development. Shohail is also a coordinating member of the “50 Percent”, a youth capacity building programme jointly under Penn State University Sustainability Institute and Club of Rome.
