Program Assistant

I am Fateen Fateh. I am currently working as a Programme Assistant for the Gobeshona Programme at the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD). I am responsible for all the ongoing activities of Gobeshona Programme including Gobeshona Monthly webinar,Gobeshona In-person meetings and seminars and ofcourse annual Gobehsona Global Conferences. Also, I am actively volunteering in the other programme activities as well. I have pursued my undergraduate degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Bangladesh.  I have worked as an intern in CEGIS (Centre for Environmental and Geographic Information Services, Bangladesh) in 2019. I have also worked for a non-profit organization named Youth for Environmental Sustainability (YES), which aims to empower the youth to work for a sustainable environment by working for 4 Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations SDG 6, SDG 7, SDG 13 and SDG 15. I am passionate to explore new challenges, opportunities and keen to learn anything new to develop sustainable environment for a better world. My research interest lies mainly in hydraulic modelling and monitoring for predicting the future consequences of climate change, Locally Led Adaptation (LLA) practices in terms of climate change and environmental impact assessment.
